University Center, (pictured here) is a private, full security dormitory in downtown Chicago with a full-service dining hall, laundry, and recreational facilities. It has a variety of living quarters, including individual apartments and shared rooms, which are extensively described and illustrated on their website.

Shopping, entertainment, restaurants, and medical facilities are all University Center and trains, buses, and car services are within steps. It is a short 2 blocks from the safe and comfortable Rock Island Metra train which will take you on a 25 minute ride to your classes.

The Great Connections Leap Year does not provide living quarters, but there are many good options available for you and we can help you attain the place you need, such as University Center, described above.

We can also help you find furnished rooms, apartments, and townhouses to share in the neighborhood where you’ll attend the program, or in other parts of the Chicago area.

Chicago has a large network of trains and buses to get where you want to go, plus ample roadways if you wish to drive.

Our class facility with Seminar Room, Study Room, and socializing facilities is in the beautiful Beverly Hills/Morgan Park neighborhood of Chicago, easily accessible by the Rock Island Metra train, bus, or car.
