Conversations with Marsha: Francisco Villalobos on How to Disagree Agreeably

Marsha talks about how to have productive conversations with Francisco Villalobos. Francisco is a philosophy instructor and Owner of Inner Strength Fitness Consulting, New York City. Educated in philosophy and classical rhetoric, Francisco specializes in strength coaching for baby boomers. His strength coaching practice brings a distinctively philosophical approach to exercise, nutrition, and motivation. An avid martial arts athlete since the age of 7, he became a certified personal trainer and redirected his love of teaching to instructing clients in how to exercise and eat well.

In this conversation, he and Marsha discuss how to have productive conversations even with those with whom we deeply disagree. They discuss the conversational methods that lead to greater understanding, which avoids acrimonious conclusions.
