Summer Seminar Application

Seminar Application Information

Please complete this brief application. An interview is required for acceptance to this Seminar. It can be by video or, if you’re in the Chicago area it can be in person. It will be a short, casual conversation for us to get to know each other a bit. We’ll talk about the program and answer your questions.

In preparation, please study our schedule for the program; we’ll talk about various things we’re going to do that week. 

Within the application, please indicate a few times you are available for the chat, as well as the most reliable way to contact you, either phone or email, so that we can set up this interview after you apply.

After the interview you will be informed as to whether you are accepted or not. If accepted, we will send you a link and instructions for payment. We look forward to speaking with you.

There are a limited number of scholarships covering tuition and some room and board. If you do not receive a scholarship, your fee will depend on your application date. For details on applying for a scholarship, read on; contact Marsha Familaro Enright at menright@thegreatconnections.org or 773-677-6418 with any questions. All scholarship recipients are required to pay a minimum tuition fee (you will be informed of your fee). As well as fully participating in the program, scholarship students are required to stay for the entire seminar, Saturday afternoon July 23 through Saturday evening July 30, to complete all evaluation forms, and to write personal notes to the donors of the Scholarship Fund. After submission, we will contact you for an interview. Then, if accepted, we will send you a link to submit payment or our address to send a check, money order, or other means of payment in the mail. Your spot will be secured when payment is received.
